- Browsing, searching and messaging vendors is free for customers. Listing is free for vendors too: there is no platform fee while bookings are paid directly to the vendor.
- How do bookings and payment work?
- A booking starts as a request. The vendor reviews it and confirms your date. For now, deposits and payment are arranged directly with the vendor; in-app payments are coming soon.
- Are vendors really checked?
- Every vendor proves who they are (IC or passport, plus phone) before going live, and we check each one by hand. Vendors with the ✔ Verified badge have also had their SSM registration checked. The badge is earned, never bought.
- Which areas do you cover?
- Anywhere in Malaysia. Vendors from every state can list, and new areas fill in as vendors join.
- How do reviews work?
- Only customers with a completed booking can leave a review. Vendors cannot edit or remove reviews.
- I'm a vendor. How do I list?
- Register as a vendor and verify your identity first: your IC (or passport) is always needed, SSM is optional. Then add your profile and packages with prices, and submit it for review. We check every vendor by hand, usually within 1–2 business days, and email you when you're live. Vendors whose SSM registration we check also get the ✔ Verified badge.
